A renovation is any project that turns an out-of-date part of the house into something new. We renovate kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces to ensure that they look better, work better, and are more efficient. This modernization may take place to fix something that has become old and leaky, or it may be to introduce a stylish and economical change to your environment.

Decks

The best advertisement for Shore Thing's deck building abilities may be the one built at Brandon's own home, which soon after was the site of his wedding party. In addition to completely replacing old decks and building re-designed new ones, we can also spruce up the deck you have by getting rid of rot and replacing worn out components.

Your garage is a valuable piece of real estate comprising a considerable part of the square footage of your home; however, for many people it is disorganised and cluttered. We can turn your carport into a garage and turn your garage into a clean, bright, and organised space by clearing it out, putting down epoxy floor coating, and installing an organisation system. Rather than a place to store boxes, bikes, and garbage cans, your garage can become a functional part of your home that just happens to be where you park your car.

Interior and Exterior Painting

From a whole exterior to a single room, we do residential and commercial painting projects of all sizes: touch-ups indoors, one floor or an entire house, and outdoor painting of homes and other properties.

Odd Jobs

We think of odd jobs as the small stuff, the to-do list. Hand your to-do list over to Shore Thing and we can take care of anything in the house that’s not as it should be. These odd jobs might be hanging a towel rack, fixing a single cracked tile, or repairing mouldings – even hanging cupboards, light electrical and light plumbing (such as replacing fixtures).

Prepping Your Home for Sale

When getting your home ready for sale, small things make a big difference. Showcasing your house in its best light by fixing it up a little can substantially raise the value of your property. We take on the small jobs that will have an impact on the buyer’s first impression and repair the relatively minor issues that would otherwise cause a buyer to look deeper and suspect other flaws.

Home Maintenance

This is a one-stop-shop service for overseeing rental properties. We respond to tenants’ maintenance needs as they arise and also visit properties on a regular basis to ensure that the small stuff, like light bulbs and other odd jobs, is looked after.
